About Email Migration Tool

A free, independently run utility for moving email between IMAP servers.

Email Migration Tool exists to solve one specific, tedious problem: moving an entire mailbox — folders, flags, and all — from an old email server to a new one, without needing to install desktop software or manually drag messages across.

What makes it different

Most free migration tools either give up on large mailboxes or lose track of progress if something interrupts them. This one is built specifically to keep going: progress is saved after every single message rather than only at the end of a batch, transient connection issues are retried automatically, and oversized messages are skipped and logged individually instead of derailing the whole run. Your login details are never written to disk — they live only in your browser session for as long as the migration takes.
